This course focuses on Emotional Intelligence, which involves recognizing and managing one’s own behaviors, moods, and impulses to best fit the situation. It provides tools to develop emotional intelligence in the workplace, such as managing impulses, effective communication, problem-solving, empathy, and optimism. The workshop objectives include practicing self-management, understanding and managing emotions, verbal and non-verbal communication, identifying benefits of emotional intelligence, relating it to the workplace, balancing optimism and pessimism, and effectively impacting others. The workshop aims to help learners achieve clear learning goals and develop emotional intelligence more easily and rapidly.
