Coaching is a process that involves building relationships and setting goals. The success of coaching is directly related to the ability to establish a strong working relationship with employees and effectively set strategic goals. This workshop provides a simple coaching model to guide participants through the coaching process. It emphasizes the need for self-improvement in order to effectively coach employees and improve their performance. The workshop aims to achieve 10 objectives, including defining coaching, mentoring, and the GROW model, setting appropriate goals using the SMART technique, assessing the current state of employees, developing plans, building trust, giving feedback, overcoming obstacles, transitioning employees to growth opportunities, and understanding the difference between mentoring and coaching for long-term development.
