This workshop addresses the challenges that arise from managing a multi-generational workforce in today’s dynamic workplace. Topics covered include the history of generation gaps, insights into traditionalists, baby boomers, Generation Xers, and Generation Yers, distinctions between these generations, fostering common ground, conflict resolution strategies, and harnessing the advantages of generational diversity in the workplace.
