Whether you are preparing to be a professional trainer, or you have the need to conduct training on job, you’ll want to be prepared for the training that you do. Training is a process where skills, knowledge, and attitudes are applied. This course will equip you with skills to conduct learner profile analysis, lesson development, facilitation using Gagne’s approach, managing tough topics, and evaluation of training results.

Theis “Train-The-Trainer” course will give all types of trainer’s tools to help you create and deliver engaging, compelling workshops that will encourage trainees to come back for more. This course will also introduce the learners to the Skills Map of a Trainer for Adult Education where you learn about the various Critical Work Functions demanded of a Trainer and the associated Technical Skills and Critical Core Skills that are required to be a peak performing Trainer.
